Our aqua yoga teacher training programme offers an exciting possibility to create inclusive yoga classes for students of all abilities and ages! Join Active Balance Yoga and learn how to plan and teach inclusive aqua yoga sequences, tailor classes to the health and fitness needs of your students and gain invaluable teaching experience. You will grow in confidence and learn how to safely guide students through the practice of aqua yoga.
