ACTIVE BALANCE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING - Castle Bytham, September 2021
The duration of the course is ten months starting on Saturday 4th September until Sunday 5th June 2022. The training is delivered over one weekend per month.
Timings for the days are:
Saturday 10:30am - 7:30pm
Sunday 9:00am - 6:00pm

2nd - 3rd October 2021
6th - 7th November 2021
4th - 5th December 2021
8th - 9th January 2022
5th - 6th February 2022
5th - 6th March 2022
2nd - 3rd April 2022
7th - 8th May 2022

The total cost is £2,700.
If you are a qualified yoga teacher, and you wish to complete the 200 Hrs Active Balance Yoga Teacher Training to further your knowledge of yoga and your skills as a yoga teacher, we offer a £200 discount.
To apply, please submit the registration form. Once accepted on the course, you can reserve your place with a £600 non-refundable deposit. Full payment is due before the course start date - 4th September 2021. A payment plan can be agreed with the School and is dependent on your circumstances.

On the day:
Each day will start with yoga meditation, will include the practice of asana, pranayama and bandha, energy work, applied yoga anatomy theory as well as other subjects related to yoga philosophy and the business of yoga.
You will be supported to experience teaching yoga from the first day of the course.
For lunch, bring a vegetarian option to share with your colleagues.
