The duration of the course is eleven months starting on  Saturday 11th September until Sunday 9th July 2022. The training is delivered over one weekend per month.

Timings for the days are:

Saturday 10:30am - 7:30pm

Sunday      9:00am - 6:00pm

Course Cost:

The total cost is £2,850.


If you are a qualified yoga teacher, and you wish to complete the 200 Hrs Active Balance Yoga Teacher Training to further your knowledge of yoga and your skills as a yoga teacher, we offer a £200 discount.


To apply, please submit the registration form. Once accepted on the course, you can reserve your place with a £600 non-refundable deposit. A payment plan can be agreed upon with the School and is dependent on your circumstances. The school aims to be flexible and help make the monthly inslaments affordable.

On the day:

Each day will start with yoga meditation, will include the practice of asana, pranayama and bandha, energy work, applied yoga anatomy theory as well as other subjects related to yoga philosophy and the business of yoga.

You will be supported to experience teaching yoga from the first day of the course. 


For lunch, bring a vegetarian option to share with your colleagues.
